Terry Trussel - Imprisoned Patriot

Terry’s Story in Brief

Several years ago, Terry Trussell was selected for jury duty in Dixie County. Now this is the "civil" grand jury created by lawyers in the mid-forties not to be confused with the Common Law Grand Jury mentioned in the US Constitution. An outgoing personality made him the logical choice for jury foreman. A task he took seriously. When it appeared that the state attorney interfered with the "civil" grand jury, Terry disbanded the "civil" grand jury and impaneled a Common Law Grand Jury which made two True Bill Presentments. The first of which was for Obstruction of Justice and Jury Tampering filed against the state attorney.

What happens next can best be described by someone who was in the courtroom with Terry:

When Terry appears in court, he's arrested for not being in court. WHAT?

Terry was imprisoned for five years until he passed away on April 26th, 2019.
