Alexander Snitker Bio

Alexander Snitker was a Libertarian candidate for US Senate in 2010, becoming the first Libertarian candidate for US Senate to appear on the ballot in Florida history. He was elected to Vice Chair for the Libertarian Party of Florida in May 2013. He also co-founded and runs the 1787 Radio Network out of Tampa Bay, along with Adrian Wyllie, Libertarian candidate for Governor of Florida in the 2014 elections. He lobbies in Tallahassee to protect citizens’ freedoms.

Alex has a background in sales and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1993-2001. Born in Waukon, Iowa, Snitker now lives in Spring Hill, Florida, with his family.

Kathleen King Bio

In addition to serving as the National Committeewoman for Florida, Kathleen is Chairman of the Manatee County Republican Party. She has been elected by unanimous consent since 2006. This tenure distinguishes her as the longest continuously serving County Chairman in the state of Florida.

Kathleen King was elected Florida Republican National Committeewoman by the Republican Party of Florida to fill the vacancy created by Sharon Day’s appointment as Ambassador to Costa Rica.

Prior to serving as National Committeewoman, she was elected by her peers to serve as Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida Caucus of the 67 County Chairmen; she served two terms as an Officer of the Board for the Republican Party of Florida; she served as Chairman of the RPOF Legislative Affairs Committee; and, she continues to serve on the RPOF Constitution and Rules Committee.

She is a member of the Florida Federation of Republican Women, and a three-time Republican National Convention Delegate. At each of those conventions she represented Republican women in Florida. In 2008, she served on the Platform Committee; in 2012, she served on the Convention Committee on Permanent Organization; and, in 2016, she served on the Committee on Credentials. This spring RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel appointed Kathleen to serve on the Committee on Arrangements (COA) for the 2020 Republican National Convention.

Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame Indiana, has multiple designations from the Insurance Institute of America and is a registered nurse. She lives with her family on Anna Maria Island.
